What this page covers
This policy covers scnar.io and the “Book a demo” form. It does not cover a separate customer workspace, because this website does not create accounts.
Data you send us
If you ask for a demo, the form asks for:
- full name
- work email
- organization
- company domain
- business type
- industry
We use those details to answer the request, prepare the conversation, and send a confirmation to the email address you entered. The same message is delivered to our team at kontakt@scnar.io. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: steps you asked us to take before a possible contract.
Data the server sees
When the form is submitted, the server reads the IP address of the request so it can refuse a burst of repeated submissions. That address stays in server memory for up to one hour and is not written to a database. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: our legitimate interest in keeping the form available.
Browsing the marketing pages does not require an account, and this website does not run analytics or advertising tags. We do not build a profile of visitors from cookies. The cookie notice is on the Cookies page.
Who receives the demo request
The request is read by people at S2SELL Sp. z o.o. who handle product enquiries. Email is delivered through Mailgun, using the EU API at api.eu.mailgun.net and the sending domain mail.scnar.io. Mailgun processes the message only so it can be delivered. We do not sell the details from the form.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence for as long as we are arranging the demo and the follow-up, and then for up to three years as ordinary business mail, unless a longer period is required by law. The short-lived IP record used for rate limiting expires within one hour.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold data about you and give you a copy
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict how we use it
- receive the form data in a portable format
- object to use based on legitimate interest

Whether you have to provide the data
You do not have to complete the form. Without the fields it asks for, we cannot arrange the demo or send the confirmation.
We do not use this website to make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects for you. The site is written for businesses and is not directed at children.
