What the site is
The pages describe Scnario, a predictive lifecycle marketing product. They are an introduction, not an offer that becomes a contract when you browse them. Product screens embedded on the homepage are demonstrations. They are not your customer data and they are not a live workspace.
Asking for a demo
“Book a demo” sends an enquiry. It does not reserve a slot, start a subscription, or oblige either side to buy or sell anything. Please send accurate business contact details. We reply to the work email you give us. How we handle those details is described in the Privacy page.
Using the site
You may read the pages and send a genuine enquiry. You may not:
- interfere with the site or try to get past its limits
- send the form in bulk, with false identities, or for a purpose other than talking to us about Scnario
- copy the product screens, text, or name Scnario to present a competing product as ours

The name Scnario, the writing on this website, the visual design, and the demonstration screens belong to S2SELL Sp. z o.o. or its licensors. You keep the details you type into the form.
Availability and liability
We publish the site as it is available. Descriptions of the product can change as the product changes. A decision about your business should not rest only on this marketing page.
Polish law does not let us exclude liability for damage caused intentionally. Apart from that, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the marketing pages alone, or from a temporary interruption of the website.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes are decided by the court competent for the registered office of S2SELL Sp. z o.o. in Gdynia, unless a mandatory rule gives you a different court. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer rules still apply.
